No Refunds​
For private sessions, I offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the first session to reschedule.
 
For group class programs, class days and times are fixed (no substitutions).

Payments for private sessions can be made via e-transfer (tax-free).

Coaching Sessions
Your coaching sessions will be with Wellness Coach Patricia Lejour online via Zoom. Simply prepay for your session plan or schedule prepayments, then book the date and time your sessions using our convenient online booking schedule. Alternatively, you can reach out to Patricia directly to schedule. Once confirmed, Patricia will promptly email you the Zoom link for your session
